Class Zoom

 In the morning At 9:00 Me, My teacher And My class got in a zoom call we Started of Talking About our day and than we went on this writing test we had to write the words that were shown on The site there Was a little writing bar where you can write all of those words and you have to write as quick as you can and work as hard as you can after that we did another talk with some 'Class Mates' messing around in the chat sending links And stuff. but than after the break we went on to a doc doing work.

Writing

  today on pobble i was writing on this Site Ms laxa made
a site called pobble 365 We had to sigh in and then there were lots of writing sentences that we had to write 
so basically i was in a test so when i finished  we left to go to our Classroom's.

Wk 4 learning blog scratch

 Today on Scratch I watched a tutorial on how to make a character Fly or to make an arrow Game on scratch I learned how to use codes properly on scratch By using backgrounds and a prop or a object⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Today For  Minecraft I 1v1ed my Friends By friends i mean : saad, rieza and Faisal Saad made a big Arena for the Area he used cobble stone and stone stairs we used iron sword and iron axe Here is what the iron sword and iron axe looks like: 

Practice Painting

 Today For School We Did A Practice For Art We first used cheep tape to make patterns and see if the cheap tape is worth using it for our real Art ( Here is A Picture Of my art:

So As i said you make a pattern With the tape paint the white spaces and then let the paint dry after the paint is dry you can lift off the tape and it will end up like mine.

Fale House Points

 Today We Did a Graph About Our Fale House Points. We also had to make 5 statements About Our House Fale's. There Are 4 Fale House's: Kauri, Rata, Totara and Kowhai Also Kauri is blue, Rata is red, Totara is green And Kowhai Is Yellow We also made A graph About How much Point's Each Fale Has 
Here is a picture For what i mean:

As you Can see kauri has around 200 Points Each house get's points from Getting red tokens So Kauri Got 200 token's, Totara Has 174 Tokens, Rata has 164 Tokens and Kowhai has 150 Token's.

Rm 21 Scratch Project

 Yesterday We Did a Scratch Project About Matariki We Had to Code it so When Your mouse hover's over The nine Star's we Had to name It would Show up with The Name's for them Like - Pohutukawa And stuff

So I Had to name Every Star : Waita, Waiti, Pohutukawa, Waipuna-a-rangi, ururangi, Matarik, Tupu-a-nuku And Tupu-a-rangi.

Olympic's

 Today New Zealand, Russia, Canada, Great Britain, Greece and Spain were playing for today's Live Olympics. My class was Shouting when New Zealand Hit The Half Way Mark First. It was A Very Close game today So Good Job to All of The Country's that Competed against all of the other Country's 
Here Are the Result's For Today's Rowing Double Sculls Women Olympics:

Simplifying Fractions

Today we were learning how to Simplify Fractions

for me i think it would be more helpful if i knew time table's better. for me i was looking for a number's that would fit in the numerator and denominator. i divided 10 by 5 and got 2 i divided 15 by 5 and got 3 

Fale House Points for Week 9

 all house's have more than 3'000 house points

kauri has less than rata 

rata is 128 points ahead of kowhai

i think it is possible for Kauri to catch up to Rata but i think it is unlikely. Kauri will need 200 points in a day to catch up normaly teams earn 60 point's a day.

Spreadsheets - Analysis of Completed Tasks for Monday 28 June

Ms Corbett was sick and the Reliever didn't come because she was sick . So we were spilt bye a teacher and split into different groups and we were sent to different classes. Ms Corbett Emailed us the task to finish well we were spilt in different classes. Here is a graph of the tasks our class finished.

From the graph i can see that there are a total number of 22 students in our class today. i got this from
looking were the points stop so green is 1, yellow is 6, purple is 7, light blue is 6 and brown is 2 so that = 22. From this graph i can see:

1. one student finished 0
2. six students finished 6
3. seven students finished 7
4. six students finished 6
5 2 students completed all tasks

I feal as if i can do better than playing around about how i did. i think next time i can do my work better by

stop talking and playing aroud.

Fractions Immersion Day 2

Today we made combinations of fractions that were bigger than a half but smaller than a whole. I made,

1. 1/2 and 1/3

2. 1/2 and 1/4

3. 1/2 and 1/5

4 1/2 and 1/6

Fractions Immersion Week.

Today We stared Fractions Immersion We tried to make one whole using Fraction blocks We made different combinations. For fractions Immersion i did.

1.  1/4 x 4

2. 1/6 x 3 + 1/8 x 4

3. 1/2 + 1/2 

4. 1 whole

DipThongs

 Today we practised pronouncing dipthongs in Te Reo Māori. Dipthongs are when 2 vowels are together. Ms Corbett gave us 4 words to practise. I chose ????. Here is a recording of my practice.
